Montreal summers make air conditioning non-negotiable. We install wall-mounted and central HVAC systems, including proper refrigerant charging and testing.
In a plex, narrow stairs and shared hallways shape how heavy items move, so we measure the path first and protect walls and landings before we carry anything in.
In a condo or apartment building, we coordinate delivery windows and elevator bookings and follow co-ownership rules so installation does not disturb neighbours.
Parking is mostly on the street here, so we time visits and load-in to avoid permit and loading-zone problems.
