Montreal summers make air conditioning non-negotiable. We install wall-mounted and central HVAC systems, including proper refrigerant charging and testing.
Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, around rue Ontario Est and Parc Maisonneuve, is known for its early-20th-century plexes and the Marché Maisonneuve. Many plexes here are over a century old, so structural surprises behind walls are worth planning for.
Montréal's cold winters and humid summers demand properly sized heating and cooling — oversized or poorly placed units waste energy and wear out early.
In a plex, narrow stairs and shared hallways shape how heavy items move, so we measure the path first and protect walls and landings before we carry anything in.
In a heritage home, we check wall, ceiling and floor construction before mounting anything, then install so original trim and plaster stay intact.
Parking is mostly on the street here, so we time visits and load-in to avoid permit and loading-zone problems.
