A garage door that won't open is more than an inconvenience — it's a security risk. Our team repairs springs, cables, tracks and openers, and gets your door working safely again.
Côte-Saint-Paul, wedged between the Lachine Canal and Verdun, is a quiet residential pocket of brick duplexes and triplexes. Tidy, owner-occupied plexes with exterior stairs make weatherproofing and stair-side repairs frequent requests.
Montréal's freeze–thaw cycles stress torsion springs, cables and weather seals, and a sudden spring failure can leave a heavy door stuck shut or unsafe.
In a plex we often work with several households in one building, so we confirm access with the owner and tenants, keep shared stairs clear and aim to finish in as few visits as possible.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually park at the property and bring tools straight in, which keeps repair visits efficient.
Many streets here have back lanes or narrow frontage, so we plan where to stage tools and materials before the visit.
This area is on the Island of Montréal, so travel is short and same-day response is often possible.
