A garage door that won't open is more than an inconvenience — it's a security risk. Our team repairs springs, cables, tracks and openers, and gets your door working safely again.
Saint-Henri, steps from Marché Atwater and the Lachine Canal, blends old workers' row houses with converted industrial lofts. Century-old row houses often have uneven floors and aged systems that need patient assessment before work begins.
Montréal's freeze–thaw cycles stress torsion springs, cables and weather seals, and a sudden spring failure can leave a heavy door stuck shut or unsafe.
In a plex we often work with several households in one building, so we confirm access with the owner and tenants, keep shared stairs clear and aim to finish in as few visits as possible.
In a condo or apartment building we confirm building rules first, book the elevator when needed and protect common areas, so repairs stay quick and tidy.
Many streets here have back lanes or narrow frontage, so we plan where to stage tools and materials before the visit.
Our team is based in Montréal, so jobs across the city's boroughs are usually scheduled quickly.
