Drafty, outdated windows and doors cost you in heating bills all winter. We install and seal new units correctly, so they perform the way they should.
Westmount, on the slope of Mount Royal around Sherbrooke and Greene, is known for grand stone and brick homes and heritage streets. Heritage details, plaster and original millwork call for conservation-minded repairs.
Air and water leaks happen at the edges — flashing, shimming, insulation and sealant matter as much as the window or door itself.
In a heritage home, we check wall, ceiling and floor construction before mounting anything, then install so original trim and plaster stay intact.
In a detached or semi-detached home, driveway access makes delivery and installation smooth, and we can handle garage or exterior work in the same visit.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
We serve the West Island and central suburbs from our Montréal base, in English or French as you prefer.
