Paint is the fastest way to transform a space — if it's done right. We prep surfaces properly, protect your furniture and floors, and apply clean, even coats.
In a detached or semi-detached home, room to stage materials on site lets us work efficiently, and we phase the job to limit disruption.
In a bungalow or cottage, open basements and simple layouts make construction straightforward, and we use that to keep schedules short.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
Laval is a short drive across the bridges from our Montréal base, and we plan visits around bridge traffic.
Vimont is a family sector in eastern Laval, built mostly from the 1970s–90s with detached houses and cottages. Homes of this age are reaching the stage where windows, roofs and basements need renewal.
Paint lasts when surfaces are scraped, patched and primed first — and exterior work has to fit Montréal's short, weather-dependent painting season.
A typical room takes one to two days including prep, priming and two coats.
Late spring through early fall, when temperatures and humidity allow proper curing.
