A door that won't close properly or a lock that sticks is both an annoyance and a security gap. We fix hinges, frames, locks and handles on interior and exterior doors.
Old Montréal's cobblestone streets around rue Saint-Paul hold stone buildings converted into lofts and offices. Heritage rules, thick masonry walls and limited truck access make careful planning essential.
Sticking cylinders, worn latches and misaligned strike plates are the usual culprits when a lock jams or a door will not close tight.
In older character homes, original materials are worth saving where possible, so we repair rather than replace and protect floors and trim while we work.
In a condo or apartment building we confirm building rules first, book the elevator when needed and protect common areas, so repairs stay quick and tidy.
Buildings here typically need elevator bookings and management approval, which we handle in advance.
Our team is based in Montréal, so jobs across the city's boroughs are usually scheduled quickly.
