Every renovation starts with framing that's square, level and built to code. We frame walls, partitions and structural elements so the rest of the project goes smoothly.
Vieux-Longueuil, around Chemin de Chambly and Place Charles-Le Moyne, mixes historic brick buildings, plexes and newer condos. Heritage buildings and busy streets mean planning access and protecting original details.
Good framing starts with accurate layout, level plates and correct stud spacing — mistakes carry through to every finish that follows.
In a plex, structure and services are shared, so we locate joists, pipes and wiring before we build, and plan noise and dust control for neighbours above and below.
In a heritage home, walls are rarely square and materials are older, so we measure on site and build to what is really there rather than to a drawing.
Parking is mostly on the street here, so we time visits and load-in to avoid permit and loading-zone problems.
We cover the South Shore from Montréal and plan around bridge and tunnel traffic so visits start on time.
