Vaudreuil-Dorion is the largest city in the western gateway, mixing a heritage lakeside centre with large new subdivisions and condos. Heritage centre homes and newer developments call for different methods and materials.
Flooring succeeds or fails on subfloor prep — leveling, moisture checks and acclimation prevent gaps, cupping and squeaks later.
In a detached or semi-detached home, room to stage materials on site lets us work efficiently, and we phase the job to limit disruption.
