Snowdon, between Côte-des-Neiges and Côte-Saint-Luc around Décarie and Queen Mary, mixes mid-rise apartments with older semi-detached homes. Apartment buildings and houses share short blocks, so access and building rules vary a lot from one address to the next.
A copy is only as good as the blank and the cut — worn originals and wrong blanks are why duplicates stick or fail.
In a condo or apartment building we confirm building rules first, book the elevator when needed and protect common areas, so repairs stay quick and tidy.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually park at the property and bring tools straight in, which keeps repair visits efficient.
Buildings here typically need elevator bookings and management approval, which we handle in advance.
This area is on the Island of Montréal, so travel is short and same-day response is often possible.
Standard household and many padlock and mailbox keys, yes. Restricted or high-security keys may need authorization.
Usually a worn original or the wrong blank. We cut from the correct blank and test it in the lock.
