A garage door that won't open is more than an inconvenience — it's a security risk. Our team repairs springs, cables, tracks and openers, and gets your door working safely again.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually park at the property and bring tools straight in, which keeps repair visits efficient.
In a condo or apartment building we confirm building rules first, book the elevator when needed and protect common areas, so repairs stay quick and tidy.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
Laval is a short drive across the bridges from our Montréal base, and we plan visits around bridge traffic.
Sainte-Dorothée is a western Laval district on the Rivière des Mille Îles with riverside homes and newer condo developments. Waterfront properties need moisture-aware repairs and well-sealed exteriors.
