A garage door that won't open is more than an inconvenience — it's a security risk. Our team repairs springs, cables, tracks and openers, and gets your door working safely again.
Saint-Michel, along boulevard Saint-Michel and near the TOHU, is a busy neighbourhood of plexes and mid-century cottages. A mix of rental plexes and owner-occupied homes means jobs range from quick repairs to full renovations.
Montréal's freeze–thaw cycles stress torsion springs, cables and weather seals, and a sudden spring failure can leave a heavy door stuck shut or unsafe.
In a plex we often work with several households in one building, so we confirm access with the owner and tenants, keep shared stairs clear and aim to finish in as few visits as possible.
In a bungalow or cottage, access is usually straightforward, which lets us bring the right parts and finish most repairs in a single visit.
Parking is mostly on the street here, so we time visits and load-in to avoid permit and loading-zone problems.
Our team is based in Montréal, so jobs across the city's boroughs are usually scheduled quickly.
