An unfinished basement is wasted square footage. We handle framing, electrical, drywall, flooring and finishing to turn it into space you actually use.
Saint-Léonard, around boulevard Lacordaire and Jean-Talon Est, is known for its raised bungalows and plexes with rental apartments below. Raised bungalows with garage-level apartments are common, which affects how we handle basement and entry work.
Basements in Montréal need moisture control first — drainage, vapour barriers and insulation determine whether the finished space stays warm and dry.

In a plex, renovation touches shared structure and services, so we protect common areas, communicate with neighbours and sequence the work to keep the building liveable.
