Every renovation starts with framing that's square, level and built to code. We frame walls, partitions and structural elements so the rest of the project goes smoothly.
Little Burgundy, along the Lachine Canal near rue Notre-Dame, mixes historic row houses and modern condos. Renovated row houses and newer builds sit together, so we adapt to very different construction.
Good framing starts with accurate layout, level plates and correct stud spacing — mistakes carry through to every finish that follows.
In a plex, structure and services are shared, so we locate joists, pipes and wiring before we build, and plan noise and dust control for neighbours above and below.
In a condo or apartment building, construction follows strict co-ownership rules on hours, noise and floor protection, and we plan the schedule around them.
