Electrical work isn't a place to cut corners. Our team handles outlets, wiring and panel upgrades safely, to code, with a clean finish behind every switch plate.
Parc-Extension is a dense, multicultural neighbourhood around avenue Ogilvy and rue Jean-Talon, full of rental plexes. Most homes are rentals, so we coordinate with landlords and tenants and keep access simple.
Older homes often have overloaded circuits, outdated panels or ungrounded outlets, and any added load calls for code-compliant work.
In a plex, structure and services are shared, so we locate joists, pipes and wiring before we build, and plan noise and dust control for neighbours above and below.
In a condo or apartment building, construction follows strict co-ownership rules on hours, noise and floor protection, and we plan the schedule around them.
Parking is mostly on the street here, so we time visits and load-in to avoid permit and loading-zone problems.
Our team is based in Montréal, so jobs across the city's boroughs are usually scheduled quickly.
We perform electrical upgrades and additions following code requirements and test everything before we leave.
We can assess and bring older circuits up to modern safety standards, including grounding and protection.
