A new appliance is only as good as its installation. We connect and level fridges, stoves, dishwashers and laundry machines so they run safely from day one.
Parc-Extension is a dense, multicultural neighbourhood around avenue Ogilvy and rue Jean-Talon, full of rental plexes. Most homes are rentals, so we coordinate with landlords and tenants and keep access simple.
Correct installation means level placement, proper venting, secure gas or water connections and the right outlet — mistakes cause leaks, poor performance and voided warranties.
In a plex, narrow stairs and shared hallways shape how heavy items move, so we measure the path first and protect walls and landings before we carry anything in.
In a condo or apartment building, we coordinate delivery windows and elevator bookings and follow co-ownership rules so installation does not disturb neighbours.
Parking is mostly on the street here, so we time visits and load-in to avoid permit and loading-zone problems.
