Smooth walls start with proper installation. We hang, tape, mud and sand new drywall so seams disappear and every surface is ready for paint.
Laval-sur-le-Lac is a prestigious lakeside enclave of large homes on Lac des Deux Montagnes, with a private-club feel. Large, high-end homes require precise finish work and careful protection of existing surfaces.
New drywall needs tight seams, correct fastener depth and proper taping stages — rushed finishing shows through paint.
In a detached or semi-detached home, room to stage materials on site lets us work efficiently, and we phase the job to limit disruption.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
Laval is a short drive across the bridges from our Montréal base, and we plan visits around bridge traffic.
Hanging is quick, but taping and drying between coats add days — we plan the schedule up front.
We can match many existing textures or finish smooth, depending on your preference.
