Lachenaie is a southern Terrebonne sector of newer residential streets, townhouses and growing commercial zones. Newer homes mean fewer repairs and more basement, flooring and exterior upgrades.
Correct installation means level placement, proper venting, secure gas or water connections and the right outlet — mistakes cause leaks, poor performance and voided warranties.
In a detached or semi-detached home, driveway access makes delivery and installation smooth, and we can handle garage or exterior work in the same visit.
In a bungalow or cottage, installations are usually quick thanks to easy access and clear working space, including basement and garage areas.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
