A full renovation involves more moving parts than any homeowner should have to manage alone. FixWorks coordinates every trade — framing to final finish — under one roof.
L'Île-Bizard, a separate island northwest of Montréal reached by bridge, is a semi-rural community of houses, cottages and waterfront lots. Larger lots, wells of older construction and waterfront exposure make exterior and drainage work common.
Whole-home renovations succeed on sequencing — structure, systems, insulation, then finishes — and one team keeping that order avoids costly rework.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually phase interior and exterior work, store materials on site and finish with a clean, complete handover.
In a bungalow or cottage, a renovation often means finishing or reworking the basement and updating original systems, and we plan the whole sequence upfront.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
We serve the West Island and central suburbs from our Montréal base, in English or French as you prefer.
Sometimes, depending on scope. We plan phases and protect living areas, and tell you when moving out is realistic.
We provide a clear scope and quote up front and flag any change before it is done.
