An unfinished basement is wasted square footage. We handle framing, electrical, drywall, flooring and finishing to turn it into space you actually use.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually phase interior and exterior work, store materials on site and finish with a clean, complete handover.
In a bungalow or cottage, a renovation often means finishing or reworking the basement and updating original systems, and we plan the whole sequence upfront.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
Laval is a short drive across the bridges from our Montréal base, and we plan visits around bridge traffic.
Duvernay, in eastern Laval near the river, is a mature residential area of bungalows, two-storeys and townhouses. Mature homes and trees mean roof, drainage and foundation checks are worth doing before renovations.
Basements in Montréal need moisture control first — drainage, vapour barriers and insulation determine whether the finished space stays warm and dry.
