Good flooring starts below the surface. We prep the subfloor properly before installing tile, laminate or hardwood, so the finished floor stays flat and lasts.
Dollard-des-Ormeaux (DDO) is a family-oriented West Island suburb of detached homes and split-levels built mostly from the 1960s on. Split-level homes with finished basements and garages are the norm, so basement, flooring and garage work come up often.
Flooring succeeds or fails on subfloor prep — leveling, moisture checks and acclimation prevent gaps, cupping and squeaks later.
In a detached or semi-detached home, room to stage materials on site lets us work efficiently, and we phase the job to limit disruption.
In a bungalow or cottage, open basements and simple layouts make construction straightforward, and we use that to keep schedules short.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
We serve the West Island and central suburbs from our Montréal base, in English or French as you prefer.
Moisture-tolerant options like luxury vinyl plank or engineered products work best below grade.
