A door that won't close properly or a lock that sticks is both an annoyance and a security gap. We fix hinges, frames, locks and handles on interior and exterior doors.
Côte-Saint-Luc is a densely built suburb of 1950s–60s bungalows, semi-detached homes and many condo and seniors' buildings. Mid-century homes often need window, electrical and basement updates, while condo buildings bring their own rules.
Sticking cylinders, worn latches and misaligned strike plates are the usual culprits when a lock jams or a door will not close tight.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually park at the property and bring tools straight in, which keeps repair visits efficient.
In a condo or apartment building we confirm building rules first, book the elevator when needed and protect common areas, so repairs stay quick and tidy.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
We serve the West Island and central suburbs from our Montréal base, in English or French as you prefer.
