A garage door that won't open is more than an inconvenience — it's a security risk. Our team repairs springs, cables, tracks and openers, and gets your door working safely again.
Along chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges, mid-rise apartment buildings and condos surround the hospitals and the university campus. Building rules, elevator bookings and shared walls are part of nearly every job here.
Montréal's freeze–thaw cycles stress torsion springs, cables and weather seals, and a sudden spring failure can leave a heavy door stuck shut or unsafe.
In a condo or apartment building we confirm building rules first, book the elevator when needed and protect common areas, so repairs stay quick and tidy.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually park at the property and bring tools straight in, which keeps repair visits efficient.
Buildings here typically need elevator bookings and management approval, which we handle in advance.
Our team is based in Montréal, so jobs across the city's boroughs are usually scheduled quickly.
