A new opener means a quieter, more reliable garage door — and remote or smart-home control. We install and fully program the unit before we leave.
Chomedey is Laval's largest and most diverse sector, with detached homes, condo towers and busy commercial strips near Carrefour Laval. A mix of 1960s houses and newer condos means jobs range from basement updates to condo-compliant work.
A properly set opener needs the right rail, force settings and safety sensors — and in winter, enough power for a door weighed down by ice.
In a detached or semi-detached home, driveway access makes delivery and installation smooth, and we can handle garage or exterior work in the same visit.
In a condo or apartment building, we coordinate delivery windows and elevator bookings and follow co-ownership rules so installation does not disturb neighbours.
