A bathroom remodel touches plumbing, electrical, tile and finishing all at once. We coordinate every trade so nothing falls through the cracks.
In a detached or semi-detached home, we can usually phase interior and exterior work, store materials on site and finish with a clean, complete handover.
In a condo or apartment building, renovation starts with the co-ownership approval process, elevator and noise rules and floor protection requirements.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
Laval is a short drive across the bridges from our Montréal base, and we plan visits around bridge traffic.
Chomedey is Laval's largest and most diverse sector, with detached homes, condo towers and busy commercial strips near Carrefour Laval. A mix of 1960s houses and newer condos means jobs range from basement updates to condo-compliant work.
Bathrooms fail at waterproofing — membranes, slope to the drain and proper venting matter more than the tile you choose.
A typical full remodel takes one to three weeks depending on scope, materials and plumbing changes.
