Drafty, outdated windows and doors cost you in heating bills all winter. We install and seal new units correctly, so they perform the way they should.
In a bungalow or cottage, installations are usually quick thanks to easy access and clear working space, including basement and garage areas.
In a detached or semi-detached home, driveway access makes delivery and installation smooth, and we can handle garage or exterior work in the same visit.
Most properties have driveways, so we can park on site and bring tools and materials straight to the work area.
Our team is based in Montréal, so jobs across the city's boroughs are usually scheduled quickly.
Anjou, near the Galeries d'Anjou, is a calm east-end borough of 1960s–70s bungalows and semi-detached homes. Homes of this era often have original windows, roofs and electrical panels that are due for upgrades.
Air and water leaks happen at the edges — flashing, shimming, insulation and sealant matter as much as the window or door itself.
A single unit is usually done in a few hours; multiple openings or exterior trim work may take a day or more.
Yes — we remove the old unit, inspect the opening for rot or damage, and install the new one level and sealed.
